- In most cases, bone grafting is not necessary.
- Implants can be inserted immediately after tooth extraction.
- Within 4-10 days after implantation, patients can leave our praxis with fixed dentures (permanent or long-term temporary) and can eat and smile again.

On the first occasion of the treatment, we remove all the problematic teeth. The implants will be placed at the same time as the extraction, or in the case of an existing deficiency, and after the wound treatment. After that we take impressions, and technician prepares the long-term temporary fixed tooth replacement.
-
Occasion (4-7 days after implantation): Delivery of the long-term temporary fixed denture.
-
Occasion: (after about 6 months): Removal of the long-term temporary fixed denture, adjustment of the implant heads, taking impressions
-
Occasion: (6-8th day after the removal of the long-term temporary denture): raw test of the permanent denture.
-
Occasion: (1-2 days after the raw test): gluing of the final denture.
In our clinic, we perform regular, pre-defined control examinations on patients who had implantation in order to monitor the healing process of the implants.
After an approximately 6 months long healing process, the long-term temporary fixed denture will be replaced, i.e. the permanent denture will be prepared.
In certain cases: e.g. in the case of an existing missing tooth, or if the skeleton allows it the patient can receive a permanent tooth replacement immediately, so it is not necessary to wear a long-term temporary fixed tooth replacement. It means the patient get their permanent dentures about 6-10 days after the implantation.
